Many of us have made a new year’s resolution to loose weight. Since my fiancĂ© is a nutrition specialist, I’d like to point out some online tools for keeping your nutrition/diet daily journal. Track how much stuff you eat and see if you’re missing out on some. I used to use a locally installed one but hey – now I got some uninstalled alternatives!
